Many of Nancy's quilting friends have sent emails telling us how much they enjoy my Techie Tom tips that appear in her Newsletter. The satisfaction I get is knowing that my years of experience can help someone save money and reduce frustration in the use of their computer. My suggestions come from many years of owning a home building company and a high tech company that provided high speed Internet data systems for national clients. My education is primarily engineering with a strong business emphasis which allows me to excel in researching an issue.
In creating my tips, I endeavor to provide quick, easy, plain English instructions on how to perform of a task.
This page is the result of the numerous emails requesting the tips be available in different media formats. That said, I will start offering my suggestions in three formats - Free PDF documents, pay-for-view videos and maybe a fee based virtual house call.
